2005-2021 Tacoma Bed Stiffeners

Tacoma’s are notorious for having a fragile bed due to the materials and engineering utilized from the factory. Cracking or flexing is likely to occur from the stress of heavy loads or mild to wild off-road use. Supporting the bed with stiffeners located in the heaviest stress points is more than necessary to keep your vehicle structurally sound while you are out on the trail or transporting heavy items. Our bed stiffeners are compatible with Decked drawer systems.

RuggedWerx bed stiffeners are engineered, CNC cut, bent and welded in house using 3/16 HRPO USA STEEL. There are 8 tie down points making it simple to fasten anything in the bed of your truck. Need to mount a light, whip or flag? No problem! The top of our stiffeners feature a 1/2” mounting hole as well as a pass through grommet to wire any desired accessories in the bed of your truck. Factory torx screws are utilized to fasten the bed stiffener as well as included grade 8 hardware. (Minimal drilling is required for included hardware)
